My 1st Day With Herbalife

Today is my first day my second attempt berdiet dengan herbalife. Sebelum ni dah pernah consume, tapi lepas tu dah terhenti atas beberapa faktor. Dulu masa 1st time minum/makan dari berat 80 kg alhamdulillah turun ke 74 kg...tapi sebab lepas tu sibuk sangat dengan makan tak tentu hala...herbalife pun dah entah kemana...so berat naik jadi 75 kg...so nak start balik dah ni...hopefully dapat turun lagi...kali ni nak consume F1 dulu...sebab target nak bagi berat turun dulu...then baru nak firmkan dengan F3...

So...my starting weight 75 kg.
Target to loose weight in 1 month 1 - 1.5 kg...(biar lambat asal selamat)
My future weight lost - from 75 kg down to 65 kg...(setakat nilah dulu...nanti dah capai 65 kg...kita target baru pulak)

Today's meal: -

Breakfast - 3 scoop of F1 + 1.5 ltr plain water

Lunch - 3 scoop of F1 + 500 ml plain water

In between 250 ml teamix

Dinner - Maybe nasi goreng or mee goreng or meehoon goreng kot or maybe instead of goreng, minta tomyam...bagus jugak...

Harapan dan impian : - semoga semua harapan dan keinginan akan tercapai...amin...
