So my menu today: -
Breakfast : F1 + 250 soy milk non added sugar + a bar of granola bar (90 cal)
Lunch : 1 senduk nasi + ikan keli goreng + banyak sayur...use mickey mouse method
Dinner : Plan to blend my F1 + berries + soy milk
As at 1.19 pm i've already drink 1.6 ltr H2O
2.0 ltr H2O to go...
Just now at the COA counter, i went to the toilet 2 times...but still i think i didnt get enough water in my body because bibir dah pecah-pecah ni and asyik rasa dahaga. Buang air besar dah 2 times jugak...hmm
