Hmm...my diet failed on last 3 days ago. The cause is, i have to went back to my hometown at Kedah because my father in a bad condition. Luckily my weight not gain back. So sorry to myself.
So today's menu: -
Breakfast: F1 + fiber biscuits + soymilk + H20
Lunch: nasi sesenduk + sayur ikan + H20
meanwhile i've only drinks about 1.5 ltr H20 as at 2.30 pm...hmm...3.5 ltr to go...
