4th Day with Herbalife

Today is my 4th day with herbalife. So this morning i've got some advice from HBL famous coach...oh baru tahu...all the while saya minum plain water tak cukup. Although dah minum 3 liter, still kekurangan lagi 2 liter...she said for my weight, i'm supposed to drink about 5 liter per day...no wonderlah bibir ni pecah-pecah je...not enough liquid in my body rupanya...so for whom yg berat around 75 kgs, please drink more water ya...

Today's menu: -

Breakfast:  3 scoop F1 + 400 ml H20 + yogurt + cereal bar (90 cal)

Lunch: Nasi + Ikan cencaru sambal + Sayur + kari daging (5 ketul nipis - ambik sebab dah lama teringin/peberet)

In between: 1 biji jambu air kecil dan 3 liter H20

as now from 3.00 pm till now dah minum lagi 500 ml H20

Dinner: Plan to have F1 + soy milk

target: try to drink 5 ltr H20
